Application Process

Applying to Spanish universities can be a simple process as long as you are informed about the application procedure and the documents you need to prepare in order to apply. Note that the application process differs among students of different nationalities. For example, if you are a student coming from an EU/EEA country or from China, you apply through SNUDE (the Spanish National University for Distance Education).

If you are a student coming from a non-EU/EEA country, you apply through the Spanish Embassy in their home country. If there is no Spanish Embassy where you live you can apply through the Consulate that has jurisdiction over your home country. The Embassy or Consulate then evaluates your academic qualifications and gives you permission to apply. Once you have your documents evaluated you can then send your application to the universities of your choice.

Degree Duration: How Long Does It Take to Study Business in Spain?

The duration of your degree will mainly depend on the level of studies you aim to pursue. Spain follows the same higher education timelength as many other European countries. A bachelor’s degree in business will take you three to four years of full-time study to complete. A Master’s degree in business will take you one to two years of full-time study to complete. A typical MBA in Europe will take around three years of full-time study to complete, and it's the same in Spain.
